    Behind the scenes is Erika. Erika helps manage the business also while working as a hairdresser and teaches cosmetology at the local high school.

    The name Everything Hot Sauce came from Mark himself. During the recipe-testing phase, he kept putting it on all kinds of food and saying, “ This stuff is good on EVERYTHING!”
